ZANVURA is not responsible for delays due to incomplete or failed payments.
4. Shipping & Delivery
All delivery times provided are estimates and may vary based on destination and courier service.
While we strive to deliver on time, ZANVURA is not liable for any carrier delays or unforeseen customs issues during international shipping.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items with manufacturing defects only.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and include original tags and packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed (minus any applicable return shipping charges).
